OU Virak
Dr. Mean Sothy is the president of the University of South-East Asia (USEA), Siem Reap, Cambodia. He received a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration in 2011 from Ubon Rachathani Rajabhat University (UBRU), Kingdom of Thailand. He is a former Vice President for International Relations and Research of the University from 2014-2019 and supervised the publication of technical and popular paper/research and implemented an extensive and efficient distribution system; established local and international relationship and linkages; managed students’, lecturers’, and administrative staff’s mobility in the activities of international programs. He works as a peer review and commentator in national and international conferences in Thailand. He is also a master trainer in a USAID Project namely USAID-Connecting the Mekong through Education and Training (USAID-COMET).
