CHEA Sameang holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Paññāsāstra
University of Cambodia (PUC). He is a co-founder of IR’s TALK, and a writer producing a number of Op-eds in Politik Coffee and the Thinker Cambodia. Prior to this, he was a journalist trainee at NewsroomCambodia where he published the news stories. He currently joins as a young research fellow at Future Forum. His research interests lie in domestic issues in Cambodia, small states foreign policy, contemporary Cambodian politics, and Buddhism.
