Heng is a private sector development worker with over 5 years of experience driving private sector growth and fostering economic development. Her expertise is supporting and facilitating business innovation, competitiveness, and entrepreneurship, particularly in the provincial Cambodia. She has worked with national and international organizations and public government institutions provided technical assistance and training to diverse stakeholders, and served as a startup mentor for early-stage businesses including business model development, market research, and sustainability. She is also a Young Research Fellow at Future Forum and my research interest is focusing on private sector development.
