Sokvutheavy graduated from BELTEI International University, majoring in International Relations. She has been working with various local and international NGO in the environment and climate change sector, project management, strategy development, and more importantly policy research and practice in Cambodia. She believes that participating in this program will improve her professional development and also enhance her critical thinking ability and analytical skill.
