OU Virak
Vatanak holds a bachelor's degree in Global Affairs with a minor in Southeast Asian Studies from the American University of Phnom Penh. Currently, he serves as a policy officer at the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee. His previous positions include ICT in Education Project Officer at Open Development Cambodia, research intern at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, student tutor at his university, and English as a Second Language instructor at a private school. Additionally, he was elected as a senior representative and served as the President of the Committee for Community Service Programs. During his undergraduate years, Vatanak actively participated as a volunteer English teacher at a public school and co-organized the Model UN/ASEAN Meeting at AUPP.
