“White Building’’ directed by Mr. Kavich Neang, a thought-provoking film follows 20-year-old Samnang, who faces the demolition of the White Building, a landmark tenement in Phnom Penh that has been his home. As the city changes rapidly, Samnang navigates his father's efforts to unite neighbors divided over government compensation offers and comes to terms with his best friend's departure from Cambodia.
