Volunteering Opportunity

Future Forum is excited to announce that we are seeking individuals interested in volunteering and passionate youth to join our team for upcoming events!

Requirements

• Be an undergraduate student.

• Passionate and willing to learn and grow their experiences through volunteering opportunities

• Time Commitment & Flexibility (Mostly Friday & Weekends)

• Women and people from marginalized groups, including Indigenous People, ethnic minorities, and LGBTQI+ individuals, are Highly Encouraged to Apply.
  

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

EVENT MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEER

• Organize the venue logistics (venue layout)

• Organize the seating arrangements

• Supervise the venue space

• Support the team and the event flow as needed PROTOCOL VOLUNTEER

• Coordinate the meals and refreshments

• Responsible for the registrations  

• Support the Communication Team with additional materials as needed MEDIA VOLUNTEER

• Assist in Photo and Videography

• Support the Communication Team with additional materials as needed
